Spring in Our Steps

Thank you very much for your support of us as LAC missionaries. We have been very busy the last few months with a lot of different opportunities.

In addition to our usual responsibilities, in February we were blessed to attend the Georgia AG Ministers Retreat in Savannah to hear from Dr. Bradley Trask, as the keynote speaker. 

We also just spent a few days in Springfield at the national AG headquarters meeting the new missionary associates and career missionaries candidates. While there we recorded each one to introduce them, hear about the Lord’s calling on their lives, and to learn about where they’re going and what they will be doing. We were very impressed by their excitement to serve God in Panama, Ecuador, Brazil, etc. It was such an honor to interact with them and to encourage them in their calling. 

Thom has been continuing to coach new missionaries and assisting them with their fundraising strategies. He has also been made an elder in the Georgia District of the Assemblies of God to provide Pastoral Care to Georgia Global and US Missionaries, and to connect pastors, churches, and lay people. While on the field, it is crucial for missionaries to stay connected to faithful prayer warriors and supporting churches to remain healthy and encouraged. Your support, both in prayer and finances is tantamount to the success of the missionary life and ministry.

Once again, thank you for loving Jesus so well, for continuing to support us as we pour into new missionaries and help facilitate in so many different areas. Yes, we are still responsible to raise our own support and we are grateful to the Lord to have this opportunity to mentor, teach, assist and serve the Lord’s church throughout the world. 

We love Jesus, His world, both locally and internationally, and are grateful for all opportunities to serve Him.
